High initial permeability (this is the basic requirements of common mode inductors), high saturation magnetic flux density, temperature stability than ferrite (which can be understood as a small temperature rise), the frequency characteristics of more flexible, because of the high permeability can be small Make a lot of sense, to adapt to a wider frequency;

Overall advantage:

Because the initial permeability is 5-20 times that of ferrite, the inhibitory effect on conducted interference is far greater than that of ferrite.

High saturation magnetic induction of nanocrystals is better than ferrite, so it is not easy to saturate under high current.

The temperature rise is lower than the UF series, I actually test: the temperature is lower by nearly 10 degrees (personal test value for reference only);

Structural flexibility to make it adaptable, from the process of change, you can adapt to different needs (see energy-saving lamps with a magnetic ring inductance, the use of very flexible);

Distribution capacitance will be smaller, because the winding area is wider, the volume is relatively small;

The number of turns used in the ring is less, the distribution parameters are smaller, and the efficiency is better (for the specific analysis, I guess it is due to the diameter of the wire).

Overall disadvantage:

Magnetic aperture is small, difficult to threading the machine, you need to manually around, time-consuming and labor-intensive, high processing costs, low efficiency. This is especially important as cost pressures continue to increase.

application:

At this time, the normal signal current is mainly affected by the coil resistance Sense caused by the damping); when the coil current flow through the common-mode interference, the coil will be generated in the same direction of the magnetic field and increase the inductance of the coil, the coil showed high impedance, resulting in a strong damping effect to This attenuation of common-mode current, to achieve the purpose of filtering.

Overall advantage:

The most important point: low cost can be used around the machine, efficient, commonly used UU9.8 or UU10.5;

Pressure and reliability is better? Common mode for the magnetic ring;
